About the event
Come join SFWA and Hardin County Conservation as we Ride the Watershed and highlight conservation practices! Bring your own UTV and travel private and public lands. Registration starts at 8:15 at The Lodge at Pine Ridge Park (ride will start and end here). We embark on the 2.5 hour ride at 9 a.m. We will make stops along the way to learn more about practices like wetlands (including a new wetland prepped for construction), farm ponds, terraces, CRP, cover crops, relay crops, and conservation research. We will stop for a drink/restroom break midway through, with lunch served afterward back at The Lodge.
Cost is $50 a vehicle, paid on site at registration.
